根据作者17年中观察和对近年141例中获随访的39例胸腰椎爆裂骨折的治疗分析,对胸腰椎爆裂骨折的复位和稳定,有赖于伤椎的椎间盘纤维环和前后纵韧带基本完好,提供与致伤暴力方向相反的轴向牵伸力,是使脊椎爆裂骨折复位、恢复椎管容积、促进脊髓神经功能和脊柱稳定的力学和生物学基础。

Treatment Basics in Axial Directional Traction for Reduction of Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures

According to authors' experience in past seventeen years and treatment analysis on the follow-up of 39 cases among 141 patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures ,it were depended on intact of the fibrosus fibrocartilage intervertebral annulus the anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments in this sort of injury. When the axial directional tractional force was applied opposite direction of injuried violence force for reduction in thoracolumbar spinal burst fractures, it might recovere the volume of spinal canal.the functions of spinal cord and nerve root,and spinal stability.
