猪甲状腺细胞单层培养检测甲状腺刺激免疫球蛋白及其初步临床应用

本文以猪甲状腺细胞单层培养法,检测75例甲亢和11例甲状腺其它疾病患者的血清甲状腺刺激免疫球蛋白(TSI)。结果显示,甲亢未治疗组和复发组TSI 阳性率分别为69.2%(27/39)和60%(9/15),甲亢缓解停药组阳性率为10%(1/10),而甲亢缓解维持用药者、非毒性结节性甲状腺肿、亚急性甲状腺炎和原发性甲减患者血清TSI 均阴性。本研究表明,猪甲状腺细胞单层培养是检测TSI 较简便、敏感而实用的方法。TSI 的测定可作为判断甲亢预后,指导甲状腺疾病合理治疗的参考指标。

The assay for thyroid stimulating immunoglobulins using cultured porcine thyroid cells and its clinical significance

Thyroid stimulating immunoglobulins(TSI)were assessed in patients with thyroid diseases using cultured porcine cells.In the assay,the porcine thyroid cells were incubated with crude immunoglobulin fractions sedimented from serum with polye- thylene glycol,and cAMP released into modified Hank's medium being measured by RIA. TSI was positive in 27 out of 39 patients with untreated hyperthyroidism(69.2%),9 of 15 relapsed hyperthyroid cases(60%),1 of 10 remitsed patients who had discontinued antithyroid drugs(ATD).In none of the patients who were euthyroid while taking ATD and patients with adenomatous goiter,or subacute thyroiditis and primary hypothyroid- ism,that TSI had ever been detected.The findings suggest that this assay was relatively sensitive,dimple and practical for detection of TSI.The measurement of TSI was useful as an index to predict prognosis and to direct therapy of thyroid diseases.
