| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对危重患者进行内镜下经皮胃造瘘方法及疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的30例危重患者的病例资料,所有患者均给予内镜下经皮胃造瘘营养支持,并于手术前后观察患者的一般情况,进行对比分析。结果：所有患者均手术成功,手术时间15-30 min,平均（21.5±3.1）min。手术后2个月各项指标均有明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论：和传统的外科胃肠造瘘比较,内镜经皮胃造瘘的方法具有操作简单、快速而安全、术后并发症低等优点。
