硬膜外麻醉对分娩产妇的镇痛效果及产程观察

目的：探讨产妇分娩时硬膜外麻醉的镇痛疗效及其对产程的影响。方法：将我院83例待产且有镇痛要求的初产妇应用硬膜外麻醉进行无痛分娩,同时选取同期可比、待产且未给予镇痛的初产妇87例为对照组,比较两组镇痛效果、产程等。结果：观察组镇痛有效率90.4%,两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。观察组第一产程（6.56±2.34）h,总产程（7.47±3.01）h;对照组第一产程（9.343.45）h,总产程（10.90±4.17）h。两组第一产程、总产程比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：罗哌卡因、芬太尼硬膜外麻醉能有效镇痛,能明显缩短分娩产程,给药容易,对产妇、胎儿影响小,是有效的分娩镇痛方法之一。

Effects of Analgesia and Labor on Epidural Anesthesia in Labor

Objective： To explore the effect of analgesia and labor on epidural anesthesia in labor. Method： 170 cases of puerperal were randomly divided into observation group（n=83） and control group（n=87）.Observation group were given epidural anesthesia.And then compared the effects of analgesia and labor between two groups. Result： The effective rate of analgesia in observation group was 90.4%,There＇s statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.The time of first stage of labor was（6.56±2.34）hours in observation group and total stage of labor was（7.47±3.01）hours.The time of first stage of labor was（9.34±3.45）hours in control group and total stage of labor was（10.90±4.17）hours.There were significant difference between two groups on the time of first stage of labor and total stage of labor（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was an effective analgesia method in labor supplying epidural anesthesia with naropin and fentanyl,which would analgesia effectively,reduce the time of stage of labor,easily to operate,and small maternal effect.
