| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨美托洛尔联合依那普利对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭的患者随机分为两组,每组各30例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗.结果:治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗前后,治疗组的LVEF的变化较对照组显著(P＜0.05).结论:美托洛尔...
