颅脑损伤患者的病情观察与护理

目的：总结颅脑损伤患者的病情观察与护理经验。方法：对我院2004年10月至2010年1月收治84例颅脑损伤病人进行一系列认真的病情观察与精心的护理。结果：84例中行手术治疗45例,其余保守治疗采用脱水、抗炎、催醒、支持及对症治疗。治愈46例,好转20例,死亡8例,病死率占9.2%,致残10例,致残率11.90%。结论：在救治过程中严密细致的观察病情,全方位的精心护理、高度的责任心是减少并发症降低致残率和死亡率、提高治愈率的关键。

Observation and Nursing Experience of the Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma
