| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低分子肝素联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将76例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(34例),两组均给予传统抗心绞痛治疗,观察组在此基础上加用低分子肝素和辛伐他汀联合治疗,对照组在此基础上仅加用辛伐他汀.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.48％,对照组总有效率为82.3...
