自我护理管理能力在提升永久性结肠造口患者生活质量中的效果

目的：评价自我护理管理能力在提升永久性结肠造口患者生活质量方面的效果。方法选择2011年9月-2013年9月在绵阳市中心医院接受永久性结肠造口治疗的96例患者，对其自我护理管理能力与生活质量进行问卷调查，并分析结果。结果96例患者的自我护理管理能力总得分为（109.1±21.87）分，所有患者中31.25%患者的自我护理管理能力处于高等水平，66.67%患者处于中等水平，其余2.08%的患者处于低等水平。患者的生活质量低于欧洲癌症研究治疗组织所推荐的生活质量水平。患者的自我护理能力与患者生活质量呈正相关（r=0.785，P〈0.05）。结论永久性结肠造口患者的自我护理管理能力与生活质量密切相关，自我护理管理能力在提升永久性结肠造口患者的生活质量方面具有积极的效果，临床应努力提高患者的自我护理管理能力，以有效改善其生活质量。

Effects of self-care management skills for improvement of the quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy

Objective To evaluate the effects of self-care management skills to improve the quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy. Methods Form September 2011 to September 2013, 96 patients accepted permanent colostomy in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected, and given questionnaire analysis of self-care management skills and life quality, the results were analyzed. Results The sores of self-care management skills of the 96 patients were （109.1±21.87） scores, and there were 31.25% patients＇ self-care management at higher levels, 66.67% patients were at middle levels and the rest 2.08%patients were at low levels. The 96 patients＇ life quality were lower than the recommended by European organization for research on cancer treatment. There was positive correlation between the self-care management skills and life quality （r = 0.785, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The relationship between self-care management skills and life quality of the patients with permanent colostomy is close and it has positive effects to improve the quality of life. It deserves to be used in clinical to improve the patients＇ self-care management skills and then improve the the quality of life.
