少数民族及少数人种的心理健康水平及心理健康服务现状的比较研究

本文对近年来少数民族及少数人种群体的心理健康现状、心理健康服务及效果的文献进行总结回顾，并通过比较分析，找出该人群心理健康等状况的特点及规律，以期为少数民族和少数人种的心理健康促进提供参考。研究发现，在心理健康的整体水平上，少数民族及少数人种群体低于普通人群，且其心理健康水平受到经济发展水平、家庭成员的身心健康状况等多方面的影响。在心理服务现状上，我国少数民族地区的心理健康服务状况呈现良好发展趋势，但仍然存在某些不足。而国外少数人种（亚裔和黑人）相对普通人群更加不愿意接受心理健康服务，对心理服务的满意度也相对较低。

Comparative study on the level of mental health and the status of mental health service for ethnic minorities and minority

This article reviews recent literature including the present situation of mental health and effect of mental health services for ethnic minorities and ethnic minority group. And through the comparative analysis of similarities and differences, find the rules of mental health condition for different ethnic minorities and minority, in order to provide the reference for their mental health promotion. This article finds that the ethnic minorities and ethnic minority group are worse than the general population in mental health which is influenced by economic development and family members, etc. On the psychological service status, mental health services status of minority nationality areas show good develop-ment trend, but there are still some deficiencies. And foreign ethnic minority （Asian and Black） relative to the general pop-ulation are less willing to accept the mental health service, to the satisfaction of psychological service is relatively low.
