预见性护理干预在预防肝移植手术中发生压疮的效果

目的 探讨预见性护理干预在预防肝移植手术中发生压疮的效果。方法 选取2008年5月~2013年5月首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院行肝移植手术过程中患者60例,所有患者随机分为干预组及对照组,每组各30例。干预组进行常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行预见性护理。对两组患者的压疮发生情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果 干预组的压疮发生率为6.67%,对照组为21.88%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者的压疮分期比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。干预组患者的护理满意度为93.33%,明显高于对照组的78.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在肝移植手术中采取预见性护理干预,可明显降低术中发生皮肤压疮的风险。

Effects of predictive nursing intervention on preventing pressure ulcer occurred in liver transplantation operation

Objective To explore the predictive nursing intervention on preventing pressure ulcer occurred during the operation of liver transplantation. Methods From 2008 May to 2013 May in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, 60 patients with liver transplantation operation were collected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Routine nursing was given in control group, intervention group was given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The pressure ulcer incidence and nursing satisfaction of two groups were all compared. Results The pressure ulcer rate of intervention group was6.67%, while that of the control group was 21.88%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The ulcer stage of two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of intervention group（93.33%）, was higher than that in the control group（78.12%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adopting the predictive nursing intervention in the liver transplant operation can significantly reduce the risk of pressure ulcer in skinsurgery.
