| 摘 要： | 临床实践证明,包括穴位注射在内的针灸与药物的结合应用可以产生更好的疗效。而针药结合增效作用的机制迄今不甚清楚。本文结合既往的研究,提出针灸可能通过影响药物在体内的吸收、分布和代谢过程等,从而改变血药浓度、靶器官药物浓度或药物的生物利用度,也可通过影响靶器官细胞上特异性受体及其信号转导路径而改变细胞对药物的反应性或敏感性,最终提高药物的疗效。上述思路将可能为针药结合增效机制的研究提供新的线索。
