跟骨关节内骨折内固定治疗临床分析

目的探讨和研究跟骨关节内骨折内固定的临床治疗效果。方法摘取该院近年来收治的74例跟骨关节内骨折患者的临床资料作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将之分为观察组和对照组各37例,其中观察组患者采取切开复位钢板内固定的治疗方法进行治疗,对照组患者则采用传统的切开复位法进行治疗,在治疗结束后统计并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的显效率和总有效率分别为59.46%(22)和91.89%(34),对照组的显效率和总有效率分别为32.43%(12)和64.86%(24),观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组的并发症发生率及骨骼愈合时间均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取根骨内固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果较传统的切开复位治疗有着明显的优势,能够有效的提高治疗效果并减少并发症的发生率,加速患者的骨折愈合,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。

Clinical Analysis of Internal fixation for treatment in the Intra-articular Calcaneal fracture

Objective To explore and study of intraa-rticular calcaneal fracture internal fixation clinical therapeutic effect.Methods for removal of treated in our hospital74cases of intraarticular calcaneal fractures in patients with clinical data as the research object,by random principle will be divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each group,the observation group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation treatment for treatment,patients in the control group using the traditional open reset method treatment,at the end of treatment statistics and contrast in two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results the observation group the significant effective rate and total effective rate were 59.46%（22） and 91.89%（34）,the control group the significant effective rate and total effective rate were 32.43%（12） and 64.86%（24）,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.And the observed group and incidence rate of complications of bone healing time were significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion bone internal fixation for treatment of calcaneal fracture effect than traditional open reduction treatment has obvious advantages,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the complication rate,acceleration in patients with healed fractures,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
