| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对非心脏手术后老年患者早期认知功能障碍的影响。方法选择80例非心脏手术后老年患者,实施心理护理、营养指导、保证睡眠质量等护理干预。结果80例老年术后患者认知功能障碍发生率为8.8%。结论综合护理干预可降低老年患者术后早期认知功能障碍的发生,使老年患者顺利度过围手术期,提高患者术后的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on early postoperative cognitive dysfunction （POCD） in ehterly patients. Method 80 surgical patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention including psychological intervention, diet guidance and improved sleep quality. Result 80 patients occurred postoperative cognitive dysfunction, with the incidence rate of 8.8%. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective for the decrease of incidence of early postoperative cognitive dysfunction. It can help increase the perioperative safety and improve the quality of life after surgery. |
