| 摘 要： | 目的探讨隐性护理知识在护理管理中的开发及运用效果。方法将护理人员隐性护理知识进行分类,实施分层次使用,分层级培养,能级搭配。结果隐性护理知识开发及运用后护理人员理论考试成绩从78.2分提高到88.8分,操作技能考核从85.6分提高到94.9分。结论在护理管理中开发及运用护理人员隐性护理知识对提高护理人员理论知识和操作水平具有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the development and application of implicit nursing knowledge in nursing management. Method The implicit nursing knowledge was categorized so that the knowledge was used at different level and the nurses were trained at different levels. Result After the development and application of implicit nursing knowledge, the score of the nurses on the nursing theory increased from 78.2 to 88.8 and the score on nursing skills rose from 85.6 to 94.9. Conclusion The development and application of implicit nursing knowledge in nursing management may help to improve the theoretical knowledge and nursing skills in nurses. |
