前列腺素D合酶基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达

目的　研究Lipocalin型前列腺素D合酶的基因在卵巢癌中的表达及其意义。 方法　用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法和原位杂交技术对 5 4例卵巢癌组织中的L PGDS基因进行检测。结果　从卵巢癌组织中克隆的L PGDS的cDNA ,经测序证明与基因库所报道的L PGDS的基因序列完全一致。 5 4例卵巢组织标本中 ,肿瘤细胞均有不同程度L PGDS基因mRNA表达 ,经统计学分析 ,不同型别间表达差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　卵巢癌中存在L PGDS的mRNA表达 ,且与卵巢癌分型和分级有关 ,L PGDS的表达差异预示其在卵巢癌发生、发展中可能存在着作用

Expression of Lipocalin Prostaglandin D Synthase Gene in Ovarian Tumor

Purpose Expression of Lipocalin prostaglandin D synthase gene in ovarian tumor was studied. Methods Lipocalin prostaglandin D synthase gene was cloned and sequenced by RT?PCR.Using in situ hybridization(ISH) technique,the expression of L?PGDS mRNA in 54 ovarian tumor was observed. Results Sequencing showed that the cloned L?PGDS cDNA was identical with that reported.All of the 54 ovarian tumor specimens were found to have different expression of L?PGDS mRNA.Statistical analysis revealed the expression level od L?PGDS mRNA in varied ovarian tumors was significantly different( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions It was reported that the expression of mRNA of L?PGDS in ovarian tumor.Significant discrepancy between the intensity of the staining and histological types of ovarian cancers could be established.This may have a potential significance to progress of ovarian tumor.
