痘病毒感染胞核特殊结构的电镜观察

目的：探讨痘病毒感染细胞核内产生的特殊结构及其与胞核功能关系。方法：利用患痘病毒鼠的脾组织液感染鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜，在电镜下观察感染细胞核内的特殊结构。结果：在感染细胞核内观察到核内假包含体、核内板层状包含体、核内结晶状包含体、核内原纤维束状包含体以及核小体。结论：在痘病毒感染胞核内观察到四种核内包含体和核小体，这些特殊结构的形成与胞核功能活跃有关。

Electron microscopic observation on intranuclear specific in cells infected by poxvirus

Objective:This paper was designed to study intranuclear specific structures in cells infected by poxrirus and relations between the formations and nuclear functions.Methods:Choriallantoic membrane of chicken embryo was infected by splenic tissue from mouse with poxvirus,and intranuclear specific strutures in choriallantoic membrance cells of chicken embryo were observed by electron micrscope.Results:Intranuclear pseudo inclusion,intranuclear lamellar inclusion,intranuclear crystalloid inclusion,intranuclear fibrilar bundle inclusions and nuclear bodies were observed in nucleus of cells infected by poxvirus.Conclusion:There are four kinds of intranuclear inclusion and nuclear bodies in nucleus of cells infected by poxvirus;their formation may be related to active condition of nuclear functions.
