| Abstract: | The changes of lipid, protein and phospholipid spectrum in (BALF)in the experimental rat silicosis treated preventively with HOPQ were studied. The results showed that hydroxyl piperequine could decrease the levels of protein,lipid and di- palmitoyal phospholipid of BALF induced by quartz. The changes of these biochemical indicators had rule to some ex- tent. These indicators could reflect the changes of pathologi- cal degree of silicosis. So it also illustrated the effects of HOPQ. |
