小儿颈静脉扩张症的外科治疗

目的]探讨小儿颈静脉扩张症的外科治疗方法.方法]回顾性分析20例小儿颈静脉扩张症的临床资料,1例颈外静脉扩张症行单纯切除结扎颈外静脉,其他颈内静脉扩张症以人工血管包裹缩窄病变颈内静脉.结果]本组全部治愈.随访6个月～5年,平均随访2.5年,无复发病例.1例吞咽不适感在手术后不久即消失,3例颈部异物感术后1个月后消失.1例切口疤痕轻度增生.结论]颈外静脉扩张症可单纯切除结扎;人工血管包裹缩窄颈内静脉方法简便,不改变解剖径路,术后效果好,恢复快.

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF JUGULAR VEIN PHLEBECTASIA IN CHILDREN

Objective]To explore the surgical treatment of jugular vein phlebectasia in children.Methods]A retrospective analysis was performed in 20 cases of congenital jugular phlebectasia from February 1997 to October 2006,and 1 case of external jugular phlebectasia was performed simple excision and ligation,the other 19 cases were treated surgically by narrowing the diameter of lesions of internal jugular veins(IJV)to normal intra-operatively with vascular graft.Results]All patients were cured.The follow up ranged between 6 months to 5 years,mean time 2.5 years,one case of swallow discomfortableness disappeared shortly after operation,3 cases of cervical part foreign body sensation disappeared 1 month after operation,and no recurrences were noted.Conclusion]External jugular phlebectasia could simple excision and ligation.The procedure of IJV wrapped and narrowed with vascular graft is simple and effective,and the patients can recover faster.Furthermore,the procedure doesn't change the anatomy pathway.
