| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抚触护理对足月小样儿生长发育的影响。方法选择足月小样儿40例为研究对象,随机分为抚触护理组和常规护理组,抚触护理组在常规护理基础上每天给予抚触护理。比较两组体质量变化和神经行为评分结果。结果生后第7、14及28天抚触护理组体质量显著高于常规护理组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。抚触护理组生理体质量恢复情况优于常规护理组（P〈0.01）。生后第28天抚触护理组神经行为评分显著高于常规护理组（P〈0.05）。结论抚触护理有利于足月小样儿早期体质量的增加和神经行为功能的改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of early growth and development of touching on small for gestational age infant.Methods 40 cases with small for gestational age infants were selected and divided into touching nursing group and routine nursing group.Touching nursing group was given touching based on routine nursing.Weight and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment（NBNA） of two groups were compared.Results Weight of touching nursing group was higher than routine nursing group in 7th day,14th day and 28th day（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Physiological weight recovery and NBNA in touching nursing group were better than routine nursing group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion Touching nursing can play an active role in weight growth and neurobehavioral functions improving in small for gestational age infant. |
