冠心舒通胶囊对冠心病心房颤动患者心电图及症状改善的影响

目的了解冠心舒通胶囊对冠心病心房纤颤患者静息心室率、心肌缺血及心悸等症状的影响。方法 108例确诊为冠心病心房纤颤接受冠心舒通胶囊足疗程治疗的患者为治疗组,另选择冠心病心房纤颤未接受冠心舒通胶囊治疗的患者104例为对照组,均配合给予冠心病规范治疗。治疗前后对比观察心悸、胸闷症状、静息心室率（RHR）、心电图的变化。结果治疗前后冠心病心房纤颤冠心舒通胶囊治疗组症状、心电图心室率、ST段、T波,与对照组相比,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论冠心舒通胶囊辅助治疗可改善冠心病心房纤颤患者症状,降低冠心病心房纤颤患者心室率,心肌缺血得到改善,有助于冠心病的治疗。

Influence of Guanxinshutong capsule on the improvement of cardiogram and symptoms of patients with coronary dis-ease AF

Objective To understand the effects of Guanxinshutong capsule on the RHR,myocardial ischemia and palpitations of patients with coronary disease AF.Methods Took 108 coronary disease AF patients with full period of treatment of Guanxinshutong capsule as treatment group and 104 patients with the same disease who didn’t receive treatment of Guanxinshutong capsule as control group.Provided both of the two groups with standard treatments of coronary disease.Observed and contrasted the changes of palpitations,chest tightness,RHR and cardiogram.Results Compared with the control group,symptoms,the cardiogram RHR,ST range,T wave in the treatment group before and after the treatment were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The adjunctive therapy of Guanxinshutong capsule can improve the symptoms of patients with coronary disease AF,lower the RHR of patients and improve the myocardial ischema.
