| 摘 要： | 慢性咳嗽是临床常见症状,中华医学会呼吸病学分会哮喘学组2005年以来制定和完善的《咳嗽的诊断与治疗指南》为中国临床医生提供了很好的临床诊治依据。中国慢性咳嗽的诊治仍存在很多问题,如基层认识不足,缺乏特异性检查,发病存在地区差异等。此外,还需要加深中西医治疗研究。

| Abstract: | Summary: Chronic cough is a common clinical symptoms,the Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Diseases Asthma Study Group since 2005 to develop and provide a good diagnosis and treatment in accordance with the cough diagnosis and treatment guidelines for Chinese clinicians.Diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in China there are still many problems,such as the lack of grassroots awareness,lack of specificity checks onset of the existence of regional differences,in addition to the need to deepen the study of Chinese and Western Medicine. |
