128层螺旋CT双下肢动脉成像最佳重建层厚的研究

摘    要:目的探讨128层螺旋CT双下肢动脉成像最佳的重建层厚。方法随机选取128层螺旋CT双下肢动脉成像40例患者的图像,分别进行0.6mm、0.75mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm、3.0mm、5.0mm重建,比较不同重建层厚各段动脉伪影的发生率、病灶遗漏情况及去骨效果。结果①腹主动脉下段及髂动脉段血管,不同层厚的MIP图像均能显示,个别图像去骨不完全,5.0mm层厚图像病变可遗漏,病变及血管壁模糊,3.0mm以下层厚无显著性差异。②显示股浅动脉及腘动脉段2mm以下层厚的图像质量明显优于2mm以上层厚的图像。③胫前后动脉、足动脉1mm以下图像质量明显优于1.5mm以上层厚的图像。结论双下肢动脉CT造影采用1.0mm及以下层厚重建,可准确去骨,可较准确地观察各级动脉干,采用0.75mm及以下层厚可减少部分容积伪影,为节省重建时间,降低图像噪声,建议选用0.75mm层厚作为128层螺旋CT双下肢动脉成像最佳重建层厚。

Abstract:Objective To study the best reconstruction slice thickness of double lower limb artery on 128 slices spiral CT.Methods 40 patients of lower limb artery diseases were scanned by 128-slice CT,and images were reconstructed to different slice thickness:0.6mm,0.75mm,1.0mm,1.5mm,2.0mm,3.0mm,5.0mm.Different slice thickness images were compared.Results Image quality of less than 3.0mm slice thickness of the abdominal aorta and iliac artery was satisfactory.Image quality of less than 2.0mm slice thickness of superficial femoral arteryand and popliteal artery was satisfactory.Image quality of less than 1.0mm slice thickness of anterior and posterior tibial arteries and foot artery was satisfactory.Conclusion Image quality of less than 1.0mm slice thickness of double lower limb artery is satisfactory on 128 slices spiral CT,0.75mm is the best reconstruction slice thickness of double lower limb artery on 128 slices spiral CT,0.75mm slice thickness can reduce the incident partial volume artifacts and reduce reconstruction times and reduce image noise and improve image quality.
