护理干预对提高肝动脉化疗患者舒适度的影响

目的探讨能有效提高肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者舒适程度的护理模式。方法将2004~2005年住院行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的原发性肝癌患者114例,按时间分为对照组和实验组。对照组按传统内科整体护理模式在疾病健康教育、心理护理及介入术常规护理。实验组在整体护理理论指导下,运用循证方法及参照外科围手术期护理制订的全程护理干预模式。比较两组主要影响舒适度的疼痛、排尿困难、肢体麻木、消化道反应、心理紧张的情况。结果实验组术后腹部胀痛、腰背酸痛、肢体麻木、心理紧张的发生率分别为55.88%、27.94%、7.35%、26.47%,与对照组比较P<0.005差异极显著;排尿困难、恶心、呕吐发生率为2.94%、54.41%、17.65%,与对照组比较P<0.05差异有显著意义。结论全程护理干预模式的实施能提高肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者的舒适程度,改善肝癌患者的生存质量。

Effect of nursing intervention on comfort care for patients with hepatic arterial chemotherapy embolism

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on comfort care for patients with hepatic arterial-chemotherapy embolism.. Method 114 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma after hepatic arterial-chemotherapy embolism(TACE) were divided into two groups.The whole nursing intervention mode combined by routine nursing mode was used in experimental group,single routine nursing mode was used in control group,both groups were evaluated with abdominal distension difficulty of urination,body numbness,psychological tense etc.Result The occurring rate of abdominal distension,lumbago,body numbness,psychological tense in experimental group were(55.88%,) 27.94%,7.35%,26.47% respectively.There was significant difference compared with control group(P<0.005).The occurring rate of difficulty in urination,retching,vomiting in experimental group were 2.94%,(54.41%,)17.65% respectively. It's significantly lower compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole nursing intervention mode can benefit to promote comfort and improve the life quality for patients with hepatic arterial chemotherapy
