微生物浊度法测定硫酸庆大霉素颗粒的效价

摘    要:目的建立硫酸庆大霉素颗粒效价的测定方法。方法采用比浊法和管碟法对硫酸庆大霉素颗粒的效价测定进行比较,并对比浊法进行方法学验证。结果用比浊法测定硫酸庆大霉素颗粒效价,浓度的对数与吸收度成良好的线性关系,回收率良好;用比浊法测定与管碟法测定的结果无明显差异,方法学验证说明浊度法测定可行。结论微生物浊度法测定硫酸庆大霉素颗粒效价的方法可行,且快速、简便。

Determination of titer of gentamycin sulfate granules by turbidimetric method

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of the titer of gentamycin sulfate granules. Methods Turbidimetric method was used to determine the titer of gentamycin sulfate granules and the findings were compared with those detected by diffusion method. Turbidimetric method was subjected to methodology verification subseqently. Results Logarithm of concentration was linear with absorbability and the average recovery rate was 100.3 % by using turbidimetric method. There were no significant differences in determination results between turbidimetric method and diffusion method. Methodology verification demonstrated that turbidimetrie method was feasible. Conclusion Turbidimetric method is proved to be convenient, accurate and rapid for determination of the titer of gentamycin sulfate granules.
