| 摘 要： | RNA干扰(RNAi)是一种由双链RNA诱发的基因沉默。在此过程中,与双链RNA有同源序列的信使RNA被降解,从而抑制了该基因的表达。从发现RNAi现象以来,对RNAi的了解已取得重大进展。包括从最初的,对其干扰模式的预测,到如今,能够精确了解RNAi在多个物种中调节基因表达的作用机制及多面性。RNAi技术也已经在很多领域成为研究基因功能的重要工具。
