宫腔镜与B超联合检查218例分析

目的：探讨宫腔镜检查在诊断异常子宫出血，子宫肌瘤，不孕症等方面中的价值。方法：应用宫腔镜联合B超检查子宫内外病变。结果：218例检查，检出异常157例，52例地宫腔镜电切术，24例行开腹术，10例行钳夹刮宫术，术后诊断与术前诊断符合率96．05％。结论：宫腔镜检查能准确诊断子宫内膜病变，联合B超检查能较全面诊断宫内外病变。

Usage of the Combination of Hysteroscopy and Ultrasound B in 218 Cases

Objective: To evaluate the effects of hysteroscopy and ultrasound B in diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding, hysteromyoma and infertility. Methods: 218 women received the combined examination of hysteroscopy and ultrasound B. Results: of the examined patients, 157 patients were diagnosed abnormal, 52 received hysteroscopic transcerrical resection, 24 were administered laparotomy and 10 were treated by uterine curettage. The accordance of per-operative diagnosis with post - operative diagnosis reached 96. 50%. Conclusions: Hysteroscopy is valuable in the diagnosis of endometrical diseases. The combined procedure of hysteroscopy and ultrasound B is beneficial to the exact diagnosis of uterine sickness.
