阻断大鼠颈部淋巴引流对脑的形态结构、脑电及血压的影响

摘    要:采用外科手术方法结扎大鼠颈部淋巴管,摘除颈部淋巴结,研究阻断颈部淋巴引流对脑的形态结构、脑电及血压的影响。结果表明,大鼠发生淋巴郁滞性脑水肿,光镜下见脑组织疏松,血管周围出现间隙,神经元轻度变性;电镜下见脑内毛细血管周围间隙增大,充满组织液,神经元线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂或消失,出现空泡化变性;髓鞘增厚、分层,溶酶体增多。大鼠脑电活动减弱,血压升高。提示脑的淋巴引流对脑的正常生理功能具有重要意义。

Abstract:The morphological alterations of the brain, blood pressure and EEG after cervical lymph blockage were studied on rats. Under light microscopy, the brain tissue was loose, the perivascular spaces could be observed and some neurons showed slight degeneration. Under electron microscopy, the edematous fluid in the brain tissue was found, the perivascular spaces around the capillaries were seen and full of tissue fluid. The mitochondria were swelling and mitochondrial cristae were fragmented or disappeared, some mitochondria showed vacuolar degeneration. The myolin sheath became thicker and showed stratification. The number of lysosome increased. Some neurons showed degeneration. The blood pressure elevated and the EEG showed that the electrical activity of the brain decreased. This experiment shows that the lymph drainage of the brain is very important to the normal physiological function of the brain .
