| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法30例血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用阿卡波糖治疗;对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,疗程均为12周。结果2组在治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)较前明显下降,2组间在P2hBG和HbA1c降低程度上有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在降低P2hBG和HbA1c程度上阿卡波糖优于二甲双胍。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of acarbose to treat the type 2 diabetes.Methods 30 case with Type2 Diabetes were randomly divided into the obeservation group and the control group.The obeservation group took acarbose for 12 weeks,the control group took metformin hydrochloride for 12 weeks.Results The fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial 2h blood glucose（P2hBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C） in both groups after treatment were effectively reduced,the P2hBG and HbA1c between two groups were singnificant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acarbose was better than metformin hydrochlorideto decrease P2hBG and HbA1c. |
