正常儿童上气道及周围结构X线头影测量研究

摘    要:目的本研究旨在建立上海地区正常儿童上气道其周围结构的X线头影测量的正常值。方法运用计算机辅助X线头影测量技术,对116例替牙期和恒牙早期的正常儿童的X线头颅侧位定位片进行研究。结果随着儿童年龄的增长,舌体、软腭和口腔容积逐渐增大,舌骨位置逐渐下降。咽部的形态结构存在明显的性别差异。结论替牙列期和恒牙早期的儿童都应按性别分别建立上气道及期周围结构的正常值范围。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of the study was to find out normal range of Upper airwayin children. Method Upper airway morphology was studied by computerized cephalometric analysis in 116 mixed dentition and early permanent dentition. Results Sagittal dimensions of tongue soft palate and oral cavity increase. In addition, the hyoid bone is displaced inferiorly. Oropharyngeal morphology of normal children was significantly different by gender Conclusion Normal range of craniofaciai and upper airway morphology in children was established by gender and dental age.
