| 摘 要： | 目的观察骨贝类对豚鼠胃溃疡模型的治疗作用。方法豚鼠作实验动物，用水杨酸（100mg/kg）复制出胃溃疡模型，通过病理和精神活动等表现观察骨贝类对豚鼠胃溃疡的治疗作用。结果模型组与空白组比较出现典型的胃溃疡（P〈0．01）；实验组与阴性对照组比较出现典型的胃溃疡治愈表现（P〈0．01）；实验组与阳性对照组比较没有显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论用水杨酸可制造出豚鼠胃溃疡模型；骨贝类有促进溃疡面修复及愈合的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bones and shells on guinea pig gastric ulcer model.Methods Guinea pig Model of Guinea pig gastric ulcer was established by taking orally salicylic acid （ 100mg/kg）.We observed the therapeutic effect of bones and shells on guinea pig gastric ulcer model by pathology and spiritual behavior also other performances of Guinea pig.Results The Model group emerged the emblematical gastric ulcer compared to the blank controller one （P〈0.01）. The experimental group emerged the emblematical cure performances of the gastric ulcers, compared to the negative control group （P〈0.01）. The test group and negative group were not signifieanfly differently （P〉 0.05）.Conclusions Use the salicylic acid can make Guinea pig gastric ulcer model. The bones and shells has the effect to advance the restoration and restitution of gastrie ulcerating mass. |
