| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B-Lynch外科缝扎术治疗剖宫产术中大出血的临床应用价值。方法对2006年1月至2008年12月我院18例在剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力致大出血者采用B-Lynch缝合法,观察止血效果。结果18例患者大出血均得到满意控制,避免了子宫切除术,无并发症发生。结论B-Lynch缝线法简便易行,治疗成功率高,且保留了子宫,避免了对产妇心理和生理上的伤害,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy and value in use of B-Lynch sutures in caesarean section.Methods We used the B-Lynch sutures technique at the time of caesarean section in 18 patients with serious postpartum uterine atonia and haemorrhage between Jan.2006 and Dec.2008.Results In all patients serious bleeding,hysterectomy and complications were avoided.Conclusion If performed early,the B-Lynch sutures technique isex-less mutilating to the woman in both of body and mentality.It may prevent cessive blood loss a... |
