| 摘 要： | 目的:观察下颌磨牙拔除后拔牙窝内放置湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointiment ,MEBO)对预防干槽症的作用.方法:选择下颌磨牙拔牙病例331例,随机分为两组,一组以MEBO填塞拔牙窝,另一组不放置任何药物为对照,观察MEBO预防干槽症效果.结果:MEBO组发生率3.12%,对照组发生率16.67%,经x2检验,两组差异非常显著,P<0.01.结论:MEBO预防干槽症具有明显作用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of prevention of dry socket with MEBO applied to teeth fossa after mandibular malor extraction. Method： 331 patients were divided into two groups randomly, one was MEBO treatment group, the other was control group which no drug was used. The prevention effects were observed. Result： The incidence of dry socket was 3. 12% in treatment group, while was 16. 67% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups with t test （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： There was a significant effect for prevention of dry socket with MEBO. |
