生活垃圾焚烧厂吨垃圾发电量的研究分析

摘    要:比较分析了当前国内垃圾焚烧厂用余热锅炉采用的蒸汽参数即中温中压参数(400℃,4 MPa)和中温次高压参数(450℃,6.5 MPa)下的发电量,表明蒸汽温度越高,发电效率越高,两者发电量约差17%。中温次高压的发电收入比中温中压的多约20%,随着垃圾热值的上升,收入增加更多。并以国内正在运营的若干焚烧厂为例,说明在垃圾热值相差有限的情况下,设备选型、运营水平的高低是影响焚烧厂经济效益的两大关键因素。同时考虑到不同焚烧厂的处理工艺不同所引起的用电量差异,导致了厂用电率的不同。

Abstract:Generated energy that using the steam parameters of exhaust heat boiler in waste incineration plants in China at present were compared and analyzed,such as parameter of medium temperature and pressure(400 ℃,4 MPa),and parameter of medium temperature and high pressure(450 ℃,6.5 MPa).The results showed that generating efficiency increased with steam temperature.The difference of generated energy with above two parameters was about 17%.The generating revenue under medium temperature and high pressure was more than that under medium temperature and pressure,the difference was about 20%.Generating revenue increased with waste heat value.Taking some waste incineration plants in China as examples,under the situation of limited difference of waste heat value,equipment selection and operation level were two major key factors to influence economic benefits of waste incineration plants.At the same time,different ratio and capacity of power utilization was caused by different treatment technology used in waste incineration plants.
