摘    要:目的]比较塑料子弹头内EDTA—K2干粉抗凝血与真空抗凝管内静脉咖白细胞、血小板计数结果的差异。方法]采集门诊健康人静脉血分别注入含EDTA—K2的真空采血器和干粉子弹头中,均迅速混匀。使用CD-1700血细胞分析仪分5个时段测定静脉血,并做对比实验。结果]真空采血器中的抗凝血,2h内测定结果均无显著性的差异;干粉子弹头中的抗凝血,即刻测定时白细胞总数与前者相比有不同程度的假性升高,直方图的小细胞群会出现一个很高的截距,MID的百分率也会不同程度的增高;PLT则不同程度的假性降低,直方图会出现锯齿波或尾部抬高。但将其抗凝血静置30min后直至2h内再测定,其结果趋于稳定且与前者相比无显著性差异。结论]用塑料子弹头内干粉抗凝的全血,尤其是手指血,要求放置30min再进行测定,以提高结果的准确性。

Abstract: Objective ] To contrast the WBC and PLT count difference by EDTA - K2 drymeal anticoagulant blood in plastic subwarhead and vein blood in vacuum anticoagulant tube. Methods] Collecting the surgery healthy people blood, injecting the plastic subwarhead and vacuum anticoagulant tube, mixing them immediately, examining them in term of 5 periods by CD - 1700 blood cell analyzer, synchronously doing contrast tests. Results] The deteetation result of anticoagulant blood in vacuum tube was no remarkably different within two hours. But the WBC count which were detected immediately in subwarhead rose up falsely to different degree in relation to the former. The small cell group appeared a very high intercept in column diagram, the MID rate rose up at different degree too. Only the PLT fell at different degree and there was saw - tooth wave or tail upraise in column diagram. When the blood was laid 30 min to 2 h, the results went steady and had no remarkable difference. Conclusion] In order to improve the determination accuracy, we should lay blood, especially the finger blood, 30 min to 2 h, before detection.
