摘    要:氟中毒系严重危害宁夏人民健康之地方病,以盐池县最为严重,近70%农业人口饮水含氟量低者1.5mg/I 左右,高者10mg/I 左右,由于长期饮用高氟水,斑釉齿、腰背四肢痛相当普遍。通过调研及大量对比和条件试验,认为碱式氯化铝沉淀法乃一种有效的除氟方法。详细介绍了本法的除氟原理、具体方法以及影响除氟效果的各种因素和应控制条件。本方法除氟效果好,操作简便,经济便宜,杂质离子带入水中少。

Abstract:Chronic endomic fluorosis seriously threatens the health of inhabitants of high- fluoride localities in Ningxia,especially Yanchi County,where nearly 70% of far- mers are using village well water for drinking and cooking purposes.The markedly high fluoride concentrations of water from wells in those dispersed villages range from 1.5 mg/1 to 10.0 mg/1.In such endemic spots,lots of people suffer from enamel fluorosis,and qui(?)e a number from lumbago,extremity pain and metabolic fluoride bone diseases. Through laboratory assessment and comparative assay,it was found out that among three techniques tested,the technic of alkaline aluminum chloride sedimen- tation treatment proved to be the most applicable one in eliminating fluoride from water For water samples of diverse high fluoride concentrations,factors which affect the efficacy of elimination,including dosage,pH adjustment and temperature requirement,were respective determined.The alkaline aluminum chloride sedi- mentation treatment is simple and convenient in operation,economic in cost,and harmful ions taken into the supernate rare in amount.
