早期乳腺癌患者应用新辅助化疗联合保乳术治疗的临床疗效分析

目的探讨分析早期乳腺癌患者应用新辅助化疗联合保乳术治疗的临床疗效。方法资料选取该院在2012年3月-2013年3月诊治的早期乳腺癌患者128例，将其随机分成对照组和研究组，每组64例，两组患者均在术前行新辅助化疗，其后对照组采用改良根治术进行治疗，研究组应用保乳术进行治疗，术后对两组患者进行随访。结果比较两组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后不良反应发生，研究组均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者的术后随访结果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对早期乳腺癌患者应用新辅助化疗联合保乳术，效果显著。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy and Breast- conserving Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Early Breast Cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of patients with early stage breast cancer. Methods The data of 128 patients with early breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March, 2012 to March, 2013 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 64 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, thereafter the control group were treated with modified radical mastectomy, the study group were treated with breast-conserving surgery. Two groups of patients were followed up postoperatively. Results The average operative time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative adverse events of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups in postoperative follow-up results was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with early stage breast cancer, the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving surgery is significant.
