中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹50例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的近、远期临床疗效。方法：将99例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组，对照组49例口服赛庚啶片及雷尼替丁胶囊，治疗组50例除口服与对照组相同药物外，加服疏风解表、凉血养血中药。4周为1疗程。结果：治疗组及对照组的痊愈率分别为50.0％、30．6％(P＜0．05)，总有效率分别为100％、75.5％(P＜0．01)；停药2周后，治疗组及对照组的痊愈率分别为42．0％、18．4％(P＜0．05)，总有效率分别为96.0％、63．3％(P＜0．01)；停药3月后，治疗组及对照组的痊愈率分别为36．0％、14．3％(P＜0．05)，总有效率分别为94．0％、63.3％(P＜0.01)。结论：中西医结合方法治疗慢性荨麻疹不论近、远期疗效均较单纯西药治疗好。

Treatment of Chronic Urticaria by TCM Combined with Western Medicine: A Clinical Observation of 50 Cases

Objective: To observe the short - term and long - term curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for chronic urticaria (CU) . Methods: 99 cases of CU were allocated to two groups randomly, the control group (49 cases) treated by oraluse of anarexol tablets (AT) and ranidil capsules (RC) and the treatment group (50 cases) by wind - dispersing, exteriorsyndrome - relieving, blood - cooling and blood - nourishing herbal drugs other than AT and RC. 4 weeks constituted a course of teratment. Results: The cure rates in treatment group and control group were 50. 0% and 30. 6% respectively ( P < 0. 05) ; the total effective rate 100% and 75. 5% respectively ( P < 0. 01) . After suspension of the drugs for two weeks, the cure rates were 42.0% and 18.4% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P < 0. 05) and the total effective rates were 96. 0% and 66. 3% respectively ( P < 0. 01) . After suspension of the drugs for three months, the cure rates were 36. 0% and 14. 3% respectively ( P < 0. 05) and the total effective rates were 94.0% and 63.3% respectively ( P< 0. 01) . Conclusion: The short - term and long - term curative effect of TCM combined with WM is superior than WM alone for CU.
