炎琥宁雾化吸入佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎50例

目的观察采用炎琥宁雾化吸入佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析方法 ,选择100例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组50例给予利巴韦林常规治疗,治疗组50例在常规治疗基础上加用炎琥宁雾化吸入辅助治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为88.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%（P〈0.05）。结论炎琥宁雾化吸入佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效理想,利于临床推广。

Effect of Andrographolide Atomization Inhalation in Treating Infantile Herpangina in 50 Cases

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of andrographolide atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile herpangina.Methods The clinical records of 100 infantile patients with herpangina were analyzed.One hundred cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the therapy group（50 cases） and the control group（50 cases）.The control group was given ribavirin by intravenous infusion as routine therapy.The therapy group received andrographolide atomization inhalation treatment except routine therapy.The therapeutic effects were investigated and compared after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the therapy group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using andrographolide atomization inhalation in treating infantile herpangina is well effective and worthy of application to clinical practice.
