我院135例医院感染患者病原菌分布及耐药性分析

目的了解本院医院感染患者病原菌的分布及耐药性情况。方法选取深圳市观澜人民医院门诊135例医院感染患者为研究对象,将其病原菌检出标本情况、分布情况及耐药性情况进行分析。结果 135例患者送检标本共检出167株病原菌,主要从痰液、尿液、创口分泌物及胸腹腔积液中检出,其中革兰阴性菌114株,革兰阳性菌38株,真菌15株,各分类所占比例比较,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义,且不同病原菌的耐药性均呈现较高的趋势。结论 135例医院感染患者病原菌以革兰阴性菌所占比例最高,而不同病原菌耐药性均较明显,应引起重视。

Analysis on the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in 135 patients with nosocomial infection in our hospital

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in 135 patients with nosocomial infection in our hospital. Methods One hundred and thirty-five patients with nosocomial infection in the Out-Patient Department in our hospital were selected as research object. The situation of specimens, distribution and drug resistance of pathogens were analyzed. Results A total of 167 strains of pathogens were detected from the specimens of 135 patients, which were respectively detected from sputum, urine, secretion of wound and effusions of thoracic and abdominal cavity, including 114 strains of gram-negative bacteria, 38 strains of gram-positive bacteria, 15 strains of fungus. The rates of all the classification were compared, showing statistically significant differences (P< 0.05). The pathogens were found to show high drug resistance. Conclusion The pathogens isolated in the 135 patients were mostly gram-negative bacteria, showing obvious drug resistance, which should be paid attention to.
