磷酸肌酸钠改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的效果观察

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的临床价值。方法将本院2010年1月至2011年6月收治的96例恶性肿瘤患者随机分成实验组和对照组各48例。对照组单纯采用阿霉素类化疗,实验组在此基础上再注射磷酸肌酸钠辅助治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、心脏毒性和生活质量评定量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分。结果实验组总有效率为62.50%,对照组总有效率为37.50%,实验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者心电图改变、心律失常、心肌酶异常、心肌缺血发生率均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、疲乏、恶心呕吐、疼痛、失眠、食欲不振、便秘、总体健康/生存质量评分均显著性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床采用磷酸肌酸钠辅助阿霉素化疗能够改善恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量。

Influence of creatine phosphate sodium on the quality of life of patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of creatine phosphate sodium in improving the quality of life of patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy. Methods Ninety-six patients with malignant tumor admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=48) and the study group (n=48). The control group was only given doxorubicin chemotherapy, while the study group was also given creatine phosphate sodium based on doxorubicin chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy, cardiotoxicity, and the EORTC QLQ-C30 was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 62.50%, significantly higher than 37.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of ECG changes, arrhythmia, myocardial enzyme abnormalities, and myocardial ischemia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The PF, KF, EF, CF, SF, FA, NV, PA, DY, IN, AP, CO, DI, FI of the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in the study group was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of creatine phosphate sodium can significantly improve the quality of life of patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy.
