渐进式康复护理对脑梗死患者生活能力及疗效的影响

目的探讨渐进式康复护理对脑梗死患者生活能力及疗效的影响。方法将我院2010年1月至2011年4月收治的400例急性脑梗死患者分为观察组和对照组各200例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施渐进式康复护理,比较两组患者的生活能力及临床疗效。结果观察组护理后的总有效率为72.0%,显著高于对照组的52.0%(P<0.05)。两组护理后生活能力和肢体运动能力评分均较护理前有显著性的改善(P<0.05),但观察组的改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论渐进式康复护理能够显著提高脑梗死患者的疗效,改善生活能力和肢体运动功能。

Influence of gradual rehabilitation nursing on the living ability and clinical efficacy for cerebral infarction patients

Objective To investigate the influence of gradual rehabilitation nursing on the living ability and clinical efficacy for cerebral infarction patients. Methods Four hundred patients of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2011 were divided into the study group and the control group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while those in the study group were given the gradual rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of life skills and clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate was 72% in the study group, significantly higher than 52% in the control group (P<0.05). The life skills and limb movement ability score had significant improvement in the two groups after nursing (P<0.05). The degree of improvement in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The gradual rehabilitation nursing of patients with cerebral infarction can obviously improve the curative effect, the life skills and limb motor function.
