| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨热毒宁注射液对小儿急性上呼吸道感染(acute respirtory infection,ARI)的疗效.方法 将收治的108例ARI患儿随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(52例),治疗组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,疗程均为3d.比较两组患儿治疗前后的症状和体征变化.结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率及症状改善时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 热毒宁注射液治疗小儿ARI疗效明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Reduning Injection in treating children acute respiratory infection(ARI).Methods 108 children cases diagnosed as ARI were randomly divided into the treatment group(56 cases) and the control group(52 cases).The treatment group was given Reduning Injection,while the control group was given Ribavirin Injection for 3 d.The changes of symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment were summarized.Results The treatment group and control group had statistical differences in the total effective rate and the time of symptomatic improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduning Injection is significantly effective in treating children ARI. |
