| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定牛耳枫药材中总黄酮的含量方法。方法以芦丁为对照,显色后采用分光光度法于510nm处测定总黄酮含量。结果总黄酮在7.84~47.04μg/ml(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好;总黄酮的平均回收率为98.51%,RSD=2.48%。结论建立的方法可用于牛耳枫总黄酮的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the methods for the determination of total flavonoids in Daphniphylium calycinum. Methods The total flavonoids was determined by visable spectrophotometry with the detection wave-length of 510 nm after color development reaction, using rutin as the control. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 7.84~47.04 μg/mL for total flavonoids (r=0.999 8), and the average recovery of total flavonoids was 98.51% with RSD of 2.48%. Conclusion The method established can be used to determine the content of total flavo- noids in Daphniphylium calycinum and to control the quality of Daphniphylium calycinum. |
