维生素D缺乏与稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸道细菌定植的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨维生素D缺乏与稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸道细菌定植的关系。方法选择稳定期COPD且细菌培养阳性患者30例纳入观察组,随机选取同期收治的与观察组在年龄、性别、体重指数和肺功能等一般资料相匹配的细菌培养阴性30例稳定期COPD患者纳入对照组,比较两组患者血1,25-OH维生素D浓度。结果观察组血清1,25-OH维生素D浓度平均为(22.56±7.65)ng/ml,明显低于对照组的(29.57±10.13)ng/ml,两组比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论稳定期COPD合并细菌定植的患者其血1,25-OH维生素D浓度明显降低,提示维生素D缺乏的患者更容易合并呼吸道细菌定植。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between Vitamin D deficiency with the respiratory tract bacterial colonization in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods We selected 30 patients with stable COPD and positive bacterial culture as the study group, and 30 patients with stable COPD and negative bacterial culture as the control group. The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in age, gender, body mass index and lung function. The levels of serum 1,25-OH vitamin D were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum 1,25-OH vitamin D in the study group was (22.56±7.65) ng/mL, significantly lower than that in the control group, which was (29.57±10.13) ng/mL (P<0.01). Conclusion The concentration of 1,25-OH vitamin D was significantly reduced in patients of stable COPD with respiratory tract bacterial colonization, which indicates that the patients with vitamin D deficiency were more likely to be complicated with respiratory bacterial colonization.
