| 摘 要： | 目的检测外周T细胞淋巴瘤石蜡包埋组织中HTLV-1感染情况以了解外周T细胞淋巴瘤(PTCL)各类型与人类T细胞淋巴瘤病毒Ⅰ型(HTLV-1)的关系。方法根据2008年WHO分类法对46例外周T细胞淋巴瘤进行分类,提取外周T细胞淋巴瘤石蜡组织中人基因组DNA,用PCR方法检测HTLV-1前病毒。结果收集到的46例外周T细胞淋巴瘤石蜡组织中HTLV-1阳性8例,其中HTLV-1在外周T细胞淋巴瘤,非特殊型(PTCL-U)、NK/T细胞淋巴瘤、皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)、成人T细胞淋巴瘤中(ATLL)中HTLV-1的检出率分别为15%、8%、10%、75%。结论外周T细胞淋巴瘤存在HTLV-1感染,HTLV-1除与ATLL有密切关系外,与其他类型外周T细胞淋巴瘤也有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between Human T cell leukemia virus type-1(HTLV-1) and peripheral T cell lymphoma(PTCL) by detecting the HTLV-1 infection in paraffin-embeded PTCL tissues.Methods Forty-six samples of PTCL were classified according to World Health Organization classification(2008).Genomic DNA extracted from PTCL was detected by PCR for previous DNA of HTLV-1.Results Eight of the 46 samples showed positive results in the detection of HTLV-1.The detection rate of HTLV-1 was 3/20,1/12,1/10,and 3/4 for peripheral T cell lymphoma-unspecified(PTCL-U),NK/T cell lymphoma,cutaneous T-cell lymphoma(CTCL),and adult T-cell lymphoma(ATLL),respectively.Conclusion HTLV-1 infection is found in patients with PTCL.HTLV-1 may be related to other type of peripheral T cell lymphoma besides ATLL. |
