提抖整复法治疗外伤后慢性腕关节痛疗效观察

目的观察提抖整复法治疗外伤后慢性腕关节痛的临床疗效。方法将103例外伤后慢性腕关节痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组54例,采用提抖整复法加温针治疗;对照组49例,采用温针加口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片及氨基葡萄糖片的治疗方法。两组均10次一个疗程,两个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组优良率为90.7%,显效率为100%;对照组优良率为69.4%,显效率为85.7%,两组优良率及显效率比较差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论运用提抖整复法加温针治疗外伤后慢性腕关节痛疗效优于温针加口服药物治疗,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of pulling and shaking manipulation in the treatment of chronic post-traumatic wrist pain.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of pulling and shaking manipulation in the treatment of chronic post-traumatic wrist pain. Methods One hundred and three patients with ronic post-traumatic wrist pain were randomly distributed into two groups: the study group (n=54, treated by pulling and shaking plus warm needling therapy), the control group (n=49, treated with warm needling therapy plus oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and glucosamine tablets), with 10 times as one treatment course. After two treatment courses, the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group, the excellent and good rate was 90.7%, and the effective rate was100%. In the control group, the excellent and good rate was 69.4% and the effective rate was 85.7%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pulling and shaking manipulation plus warm needling therapy are more effective than warm needling therapy plus oral diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and glucosamine tablets in the treatment of chronic post-traumatic wrist pain.
