戊乙奎醚联合托烷司琼预防小儿扁桃体/腺样体切除术后恶心呕吐的效果观察

目的观察戊乙奎醚对托烷司琼预防小儿扁桃体/腺样体切除术后恶心呕吐(PONV)效果的影响。方法 60例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ2～6岁的小孩随机分为单独使用托烷司琼组(T组)、使用托烷司琼和戊乙奎醚组(PT组)。观察并记录两组患者手术结束回到病房24h和48h后呕吐病例数和呕吐的次数,并对术后口渴饮水的情况进行观察和记录。结果在24h和48h内,PT组呕吐的病例数和呕吐次数均明显低于T组(P<0.05);但PT组在3h和6h内饮水的病例数和次数均明显高于T组。结论戊乙奎醚可增强托烷司琼预防小儿扁桃体/腺样体切除术后PONV的效果,但可引起术后口渴,增加术后饮水次数。

Effect of Penehyclidine combined with Tropisetron in the prevention of PONV after tonsillectomy/adenotonsillectomy

Objective To find out the effect of Penehyclidine combined with Tropisetron for preventing postoperative nausea and vomit (PONV) after tonsillectomy/adenotonsillectomy.Methods Sixty children of ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ aged 2~6 years old,scheduled for tonsillectomy/adenotonsillectomy,were randomly divided into group T (n=30,treated by tropisetron) and group PT (n=30,treated by penehyclidine plus tropisetron).Data for the vomiting cases and vomiting events during the first postoperative 24 h and 48 h were recorded,and the drinking cases and the drinking events were recorded in postoperative 3 h and 6 h.Results The vomiting cases and vomiting events were significantly lower in group PT than group T (P<0.05),while the drink cases and drink events were significantly higher in group PT than group T (P<0.05).Conclusion Penehyclidine can enhance the effect of tropisetron in the prevention of PONV after tonsillectomy/adenotonsillectomy.However,it can increase postoperative thirsty.
