| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱血管瘤的诊断与治疗特点。方法回顾性分析我院诊断与治疗的1例膀胱血管瘤患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行探讨。结果患者行膀胱部分切除术,术后病理检查为膀胱海绵状血管瘤。恢复良好,痊愈出院,随访两年未见肿瘤复发。结论膀胱血管瘤临床极其罕见,预后良好,因其症状多不典型,临床上极易漏诊,需提高对此病的认识。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapeutic features of bladder hemangioma.Methods The clinical date of 1 case with bladder hemangioma is retrospectively analyzed and discussed,in combination with relevant literature.Results The patient was performed with partial cystectomy,and the postoperative pathology is bladder cavernous angioma.The patient was discharged with good recovery.During the follow-up of 2 years,no tumor recurrence was found.Conclusion Bladder hemangioma is a rare illness with good prognosis in clinic,which can be easily misdiagnosed because of its atypical symptoms.We should improve our awareness of this disease. |
