| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑电图(EEG)在小儿手足口病并发脑炎患者中的应用及意义。方法回顾性分析325例临床确诊手足口病并发脑炎患儿的EEG资料,并与脑脊液的检查结果进行比较。结果 325例患儿中EEG异常301例(92.6%),EEG异常呈弥漫性慢波,部分出现棘(尖)波或棘(尖)慢波;脑脊液异常率为43.7%。结论脑电图可作为小儿手足口病并发脑炎的诊断及判断严重程度的一个指标,且脑电图较脑脊液检查更为敏感,对手足口病早期诊断有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the applied value of electroencephalogram(EEG) in infants and children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) complicated with encephalitis.Methods The EEG findings in 325 patients by clinical definite HFMD complicated with encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed,and then compared with the results of CSF.Results The rate of abnormal EEG was 92.6%,presenting mainly with diffuse slow wave,partly with spike wave or spike-slow wave.The rate of abnormal CSF was 43.7%.Conclusion EEG can be considered as one of diagnostic criteria of the HFMD with encephalitis.Moreover,EEG is more sensitive than CSF and EEG,which has important value in the early diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth diseases. |
