中医辨证治疗出口梗阻型便秘30例

目的观察中医辨证治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例出口梗阻型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组实秘患者以小承气汤为基本方加减治疗,虚秘患者以济川煎为基本方加减治疗,对照组患者接受心理疏导治疗。观察两组临床疗效,以及临床症状积分和便质积分。结果治疗组临床效果显著优于对照组(P0.05);治疗后两组肛门坠胀、排便间隔时间、每次排便时间、便感、排便方式和便质积分均较治疗前显著降低(P0.01),治疗组在降低排便时间及便质积分方面显著优于对照组(P0.01)。结论辨证论治对出口梗阻型便秘具有较好疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Syndrome Differentiation based Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Outlet Obstruction Constipation: A Report of 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation based traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment for outlet obstruction constipation. Methods Sixty patients with outlet obstruction constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, patients with excess constipation received modified Xiaochengqi Decoction, while those with deficiency constipation received modified Jichuan Decoction. The control group received psychotherapy. The treatment outcomes, clinical symptom scores, and stool quality scores of both groups were evaluated. Results The treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group(P<0.05). Both groups showed significant improvements in anal pendant expansion, defecation interval, defecation time, feeling of defecation, defecation pattern, and stool quality score (P<0.01), but the treatment group had significantly higher decreases in defecation time and stool quality score than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Syndrome differentiation based treatment has good efficacy for outlet obstruction constipation.
